How the satisfaction ratings are sourced
The published 4.8/5 faculty and 4.7/5 student satisfaction ratings are calculated from Knomadic post-program feedback forms collected after delivered programs. We are consolidating the reporting period, response counts, response rates, question wording, program coverage, and calculation notes for publication. Until that documentation is complete, these figures should be read as internally reported satisfaction averages, not independently audited measures. We are not publishing additional outcome percentages until their methodology is reconciled.
